Returns & Refunds Policy
At LUFIMI, we are committed to providing a safe, transparent and reliable shopping experience. This policy has been designed to give you confidence and peace of mind when purchasing from our store.
1. Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)
In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your online purchase within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order, without giving any reason, provided the product:
- Is unused
- Is in its original packaging
- Includes all accessories, labels and documentation
Return shipping costs in this case are the customer's responsibility.
2. Faulty or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to report the issue.
Manufacturing defects may be reported for up to 90 days from the delivery date. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
Please contact us by email with:
- Full name
- Order number
- Product name
- Description of the issue (photos may be requested)
In confirmed cases of defect or incorrect item, LUFIMI covers the return shipping costs.
3. Quality Assessment
Your request will be reviewed within 7 working days. If the issue is confirmed, you may choose one of the following:
- Full refund of the amount paid
- Replacement with the same product
- Alternative product of similar value
- Store credit voucher for future purchases
4. Refund Processing
- Credit/Debit Card: Once approved, refunds are processed within 7 working days on our end. Your card provider may take an additional 3–7 business days to reflect the amount on your statement.
- Bank Transfer: Refunds are issued to a bank account under the same name as the original purchaser, within 10 working days after approval.
5. Return Conditions
Returns will not be accepted if:
- The return was not previously authorised by LUFIMI
- The request is outside the allowed timeframe
- Items are incomplete, used or damaged by misuse
- Original packaging, labels or proof of purchase are missing
Unauthorised or rejected returns will be sent back to the customer, and return shipping costs will be charged accordingly.
6. Important Notes
- Products returned without prior communication will not be accepted.
- Any items returned and rejected after inspection will be sent back to the customer.
