Delays & Support

If the estimated delivery time has passed, we recommend:

  2. Contacting your local postal or courier service for further details

If the carrier confirms that they are not in possession of your order, please contact us immediately so we can investigate the issue with our suppliers.

If a logistics issue is confirmed and the order cannot be delivered, a full refund will be issued promptly after verification.


Tracking Information

  • Your tracking number will be sent by email within 3 to 7 working days after order confirmation.

  • Tracking updates may take a few days to appear after dispatch.


Payment Confirmation

  • For orders paid via bank transfer, payment confirmation may take up to 3 working days, and the shipping process will begin only after payment clearance.
