Returns & Refunds Policy

At LUFIMI, we are committed to providing our customers with a safe, transparent and reliable shopping experience. Our returns and refunds policy has been created to ensure confidence and peace of mind when purchasing from our store.

All our products come with a warranty against manufacturing defects and we also accept returns for items received incorrectly or damaged.


1. Faulty or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that:

  • Has a manufacturing defect, or

  • Is different from what you ordered

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order by email, providing:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Product name

  • Description of the issue (photos may be requested)

Once we receive your request, it will be reviewed by our Quality Control team. Approval is required before any return, replacement or refund is processed.

The maximum period to report manufacturing defects is 90 days from the delivery date.
Requests made after this period will not be accepted.


2. Quality Assessment

Your request will be analysed within 7 working days. If the issue is confirmed, you may choose one of the following options:

  • A full refund of the amount paid

  • A replacement with the same product

  • An alternative product of similar value

  • A store credit voucher for future purchases


3. Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

In accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your online purchase within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order, provided the product:

  • Is unused

  • Is in its original packaging

  • Includes all accessories, labels and documentation


4. Refund Processing

  • Credit/Debit Card Refunds:
    Once approved, refunds are processed within 7 working days. Depending on your card provider, funds may take up to 14 business days to appear on your statement.

  • Bank Transfers:
    Refunds will be issued to a bank account under the same name as the original purchaser, within 10 working days after approval.


5. Return Conditions

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The return was not previously authorised

  • The request is outside the allowed timeframe

  • Items are incomplete, used or damaged by misuse

  • Original packaging, labels or proof of purchase are missing

Unauthorised or rejected returns will be sent back to the customer, and return shipping costs will be charged to the customer.


6. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of confirmed manufacturing defects or incorrect items sent by LUFIMI.

  • LUFIMI is not responsible for shipping costs related to refunds, chargebacks or exchanges requested for personal reasons.


7. Important Notes

  • Products returned without prior communication will not be accepted.

  • Any items returned and rejected after inspection will be sent back to the customer.
